Steps

  1. Open Your bill for the visit. The top shows the doctor, the clinic, the branch and the invoice number.
  2. Read the first card. It shows the figure that matters now (Total, Still to pay, Total paid or Returned to you), the Issued date and the status: Not yet paid, Part paid, Paid, Refunded or Cancelled.
  3. Under Clinic, read Consultation. If the visit had more than one charge, each one is listed, then Charges subtotal. A Clinic discount shows as a minus line.
  4. Under Vibta, read Vibta service fee and VAT, each with its percentage. A Vibta discount shows here too. Some older bills show these lines without a percentage; the amounts are still the ones charged.
  5. If you see Your balance with Vibta, it holds either Carried from a previous visit, which is added, or Your Vibta credit, which is taken off.
  6. Read Total in the coloured box. It is the total the booking showed you, unless the bill has changed since.
  7. Look at Payment. It shows Paid so far and Still to pay. If Pay by card is shown, you can pay with it. If not, pay at the clinic reception.
  8. Press Full page to see the same bill on one page you can print. Once paid, it is your receipt.
