Cancel a visit

For when you can no longer go to a visit you booked.

Steps

1. Open Appointments and stay on Upcoming.
2. Find the visit. The line above its buttons says Free to cancel at any time.
3. Press Change or cancel.
4. Press Cancel this visit. The next page says you can cancel at no charge.
5. Press Yes, cancel it. If you change your mind, press Keep the appointment instead.
6. Read The visit is cancelled. The time goes back to the clinic. If you paid, the page says where your money goes: back to your Vibta balance, or refunded at the clinic desk.
