Your health basics

Tell every doctor about your allergies, conditions and medicines before you sit down.

Steps

1. The first time you sign in, Before your first visit asks three quick questions.
2. Under Allergies and Conditions, tap what applies, or tap None.
3. If yours is not listed, tap Other and write it in Which one?.
4. Under Taking regular medicines?, tap Yes or No. Write anything else in Anything else the doctor should know.
5. Press Save and continue, or press Skip for now to answer later.
6. To change your answers, open Account, find Health basics, edit your answers, and press Save health basics.
