Find your visits and what each status means

See what is coming, what is done, and what you can still do.

Steps

1. Open Appointments. It opens on Upcoming; press Past for visits you have had.
2. Read the status on each visit: Booked (coming up), You are checked in (the clinic knows you are there), With the doctor, Done, Cancelled or Did not attend.
3. Each visit shows the date, the time and the amount. Where See the bill is shown, press it to open the bill.
4. On a booked visit that is today, press Check in when you reach the clinic. You get a ticket and see how many people are ahead of you.
5. To add a booked visit to your phone's calendar, press Change or cancel, then Add to my calendar.
6. After a visit is Done, press Rate this visit to leave a review.
