Read the price before you book

See every line of what you will pay before you confirm. The booking steps themselves are in the article on booking a visit.

Steps

1. On Confirm your visit, pick your visit under What kind of visit. The price box changes with your choice.
2. Look at the box What you will pay. Read Consultation first. This is the doctor's price for this visit.
3. Read Vibta service fee. The percentage beside it is the one that applies to this clinic or city. It is worked out on the consultation, after any clinic discount.
4. Read VAT. It is charged on the service fee only. Medical care itself is VAT-exempt.
5. If you have a code, type it in Voucher code.
6. Press Apply. The discount shows as a minus line: Clinic discount if the clinic gave it, Vibta discount if Vibta did. If the code is not accepted, the reason shows under the field and the bill stays without it.
7. If you see Carried from a previous visit, that is an amount left owing from an earlier booking. It is added to this bill.
8. If you have Vibta credit, a box Use my Vibta credit is shown. Tick it if you want to spend it. It then shows as a minus line, Your Vibta credit.
9. Read Total to pay at the bottom. This is the amount you pay.
