Check in with the QR code at the door
Tell the clinic you are here, with or without a booking.

Steps
- Scan the QR code at the clinic door. A page opens with the clinic's name. If it says This code is no longer in use, check in at reception.
- If you booked, type the phone number you booked with and press Check in. Your ticket appears straight away.
- If the page says Please see reception, go to the desk, or register below if you have no booking.
- With no booking, press I have no booking — register as a walk-in.
- Fill in Full name in English, Date of birth (day/month/year) and the Doctor you came to see, then answer the Health basics questions. Tick the consent box under Your consent.
- Press Send to reception and keep the page open. It shows Reception has your request and updates by itself.
- When reception accepts, your ticket appears under You are registered. Take it to reception; they confirm the visit and the fee before you are called.
